We provide a full range of consultancy services in the field of polymeric composite materials, which covers carbon fibre reinforced plastics (CFRP), glass fibre reinforced plastics (GFRP) and aramid reinforced plastics, with thermoset and thermoplastic matrix materials. Our primary clients are from the aerospace, automotive and civil industries.

We support our clients on material testing, investigation and qualification to ensure the high quality of delivered products. All performed tests are according to ISO or EN norms whenever possible. We also identify failure mode or product weaknesses in both composite parts and full structure.

We deliver technical solutions and recipe of thermoset resin modifications according to clients product and process requirements, as well as supply modified resin systems and components in large quantities. We also provide free characterisation testing of the resin and relevant product in our diverse range of testing and inspection equipments.

ST BlowMoulding is a worldwide technology and market leader in these applications. We are producing machines for general Under The Hood ducts (UTH) and for Air Intake Systems of Turbocharged Engines (AIS), as well as our machines are either and widely used for the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning ducts (HVAC). Generally our machines for UTH and AIS are based on our flagship models of the ASPI series. For HVAC our ISIT series is very suitable, while for fuel tanks the EC series is the best option.
