Patents have already been jointly filed and the two companies plan to expand sales for filters.

The product is an expanded mesh with reduced weight and strength. Applications include aerospace, automobiles, air filters for various facilities, mesh screens with high demand for electrical materials and durability, etc. President Mr Okutani said:

“We want to expand sales in aerospace-related or electric vehicles widely in Japan and overseas, taking advantage of the product’s characteristics.”
